The cooled sand mold automatically falls into the high-temperature resistant old sand cooling belt through the circular rotation of the production line. Finally, the sand mold and castings will be transported together to the vibrating sand falling equipment.

1. This pouring line is suitable for sand mold sizes ranging from 420mm to 710mm, with a single pouring line length not exceeding 42 meters. When the molding machine is molding, pouring is also carried out synchronously. Normally, it is used alternately with A and B pouring lines, with one pouring line used for pouring and the other for cooling.

The pouring line is mainly composed of PLC electric control, transmission chain, sand mold support plate, track, rotating disc, rotating shaft, and sand mold pushing device; In terms of production technology, we will perform special treatments such as quenching on the transmission chain, rotating disc, and rotating shaft to ensure the hardness and wear resistance of the object; The sand mold tray is mainly treated with rust prevention, and in terms of structural design, it is also very convenient and fast for the disassembly and replacement of the support plate, and stainless steel base plates can be added to the original support plate;

5. After the sand mold is shaped, the molding machine pushes the cylinder to directly push the sand mold onto the pouring line support plate, and then the sand mold is moved to the designated position by the sand mold pushing device of the pouring line.
